There's plenty to do tonight (Rackett @ Cherry, Junior Fiction @ the Reverance and Deaf Wish @ the Curtin, amongst others) but we reckon you should go to DOLE FEST at the Evelyn.

Centrelink and mischief themed band, Dole Cheque have collected a pretty sick lineup to raise money for Djirra, an Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisation which provides holistic, culturally safe and specialist legal and non-legal support to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people who experience family violence – predominantly women.

On the lineup is Shit Sex, Househats, Tragic Carpet, The Tool Time House Band, Loveboner, Slush, Eternal Smoko and of course Dole Cheque. A good night, for a good cause!

If you are unable to attend DOLE FEST but wish to donate to Djirra, go here

BUSH acknowledges the Wurundjeri People of the Kulin Nation whose land our events take place on and whose land we work upon every day. Sovereignty has never been ceded and no treaty has ever been signed. Always was and always will be Aboriginal land.
